How does one gauge success? Is it by the money you make? Yes and no. Surely it must be by how smart and educated you are. Well... yes, no, and maybe so. Oh, yes. It HAS to be how high up you are in a company and how long you can stick it out with one company. Yes and no... These are all indicators of success though.
Personally, I think a key to success is "drive". Wouldn't it be nice to have that spirit and gumption that you feel right when you land a job and/or graduate from an important life milestone all the time? Compare the tired old CEO that is miserable in their job with the Chief Executive Officer that still radiates life into the company.
